Workshops
StressSurfer™ is a 3-day workshop that starts at 9am
on Friday and ends on Sunday at 4pm.
International presenter Bill Gee leads the workshop
with positive psychologist Memory Matanda and a team
of leading cognitive behavioral therapists.
The program includes extensive assessment of your
current state of happiness and mental wellbeing (2
hour online assessment), and follow up assessments
after 2 weeks and two months to measure your
progress.
