OUR PROGRAMS & WORKSHOPS

Joy and play involve using the imagination to explore life beyond limits, to create a joyful existence. Engaging with others enhances this process. Play allows us to choose our path, set personal rules, and focus on the present, valuing the journey over the destination while re-creating our experiences with a lighthearted approach.


Through our programs and workshops, we guide you through practices that help you notice, build, and live in joy, using tools you already have in your daily life. We’ll meditate, play, and reflect together, creating a practice that lets joy flourish.​


Joy is contagious!

When we come together as a group, we amplify that energy, and it becomes easier to live in joy, every day. Most of our programs are offered virtually on Zoom. Some programs, like Joy in the Wild, meet in-person in Central Massachusetts.
